Q. How do I become an agent?
A. Simply fill out the online application form found in the Agent Zone section of this website and make sure you provide us with
all the details required. Incomplete applications can take a longer time to complete.
Q. How do I find out how my agent application is going?
A. If you would like an update on the status of your agent application please contact agents@carrickeducation.edu.au

Q. Who do I talk to about promotions in my recruitment area?
A. The Carrick International Student Recruitment Consultants or International Admissions Staff can help you with all your sales
related questions, if you are unsure who to contact please e-mail agents@carrickeducation.edu.au
Q. How do I change my password?
A. Return to the Agent Zone, select change my password in the left hand side menu, enter current password, enter a new pass
word and re-enter new pass word, your pass word will then be reset.
Q. How do I track my student application?
A. Return to the Agent Zone, selected the “check student application” button on the top right hand side, and follow the prompts.
You soon after receive an e-mail with the progress of your application. Please ensure when you contact us that you give us the
students full name, date of birth and CTH number (if known).
Q. How often do I get reviewed for commission?
A. Commissions can be reviewed directly with your Regional Sales Manager or Area Manager. Commission increases are based
on your performance over a period of time and typically require an agent to have sent at least 10-15 students to study any Carrick
program. Talk to your Regional Sales Manager or Area Manager directly for more information.
Q. What commission percentage do I get?
A. The commission your agency is on will be listed on section 2 of your agency agreement.
