This is an entry level qualification to give you basic knowledge and skills in business necessary for employment in an office environment. Modes of study

This course is delivered in a classroom and if applicable in practical based environment with practical requirements simulated to reflect the real work situation. The delivery of training will include a mixture of classroom theory, practical delivery, group discussions, and individual research.

The Next Step

Upon successfully completion of this qualification students will be eligible to apply for entry to the Certificate III in Business or gain employment as a Customer Service Advisor, Data Entry Operator, General Clerk, Payroll Officer, Typist, Word Processing Operator.
