
This hands on course developed in Australia’s coffee capital Melbourne, will take you through all major coffee styles including: caffe latte, macchiato (short and long), short black (espresso), long black, flat white, cappuccino and vienna.
Also covered in the course is the history of coffee, comparison of blends, grinding and production methods.
