Modes of study

This course is delivered in a classroom and if applicable in practical based environment with practical requirements simulated to reflect the real work situation. The delivery of training will include a mixture of classroom theory, practical delivery, group discussions, and individual research.

Pathways into this qualification

This qualification is suitable for individuals who have:

  • experience in a range of vocational environments in supervisory/management positions but without a qualification
  • BSB40807 Certificate IV in Frontline Management or other relevant qualification/s or
  • a need to gain formal recognition of their skills to improve their career pathways within the nominated industry sector.
