Kai studied Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management (Patisserie)

"My name is Kai Janet Mang. I am studying Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management (Patisserie) course at Carrick Institute of Education.

At the beginning I came to Australia, as a new overseas student, I was trying to find a relevant job in patisserie so I went to the recruitment team at Carrick; I put all my hopes into the team.

Natalie Lee assisted me in developing my resume and told me some very useful interview skills. She then organised an interview for a patisserie position at Casa Del in Marrickville. I successfully got the job as a pastry cook and received my 900 hours from Casa Del. I have been now working at the company for over a year.
