"My name is Indra Hardiawan from Indonesia. I am alumni of Carrick and I studied advanced diploma of Hospitality Management at Carrick Institute of Education. I have been with Carrick for 2 years and I have been impressed with Carrick recruitment and training service. I would like to say thank you to Natalie Lee who helped me to find a job and helped me during the interview. First of all she put me in Lotus Bistro for stage program for 1 month and I enjoy very much to work with great chef and I learn a lot from them and after that I have job opportunity to work in Uccello (Italian Restaurant that recently opened in Ivy) and I am very delightful to work with all chefs in Uccello. That is the best experience in my life to work in fine dining restaurant like Lotus and Uccello. I believe this experience will help me to securing other such good position in the future and lead me to open new restaurant of my own."
