April studied Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

"I decided to study overseas because I wanted to see the world, and naturally Australia was my first choice. I chose to study at Carrick because I knew it would get me where I wanted to be, so I enrolled into a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery. I also enrolled to study in a marketing degree at university at the same time and was accepted – I had a very busy time balancing my studies, but I enjoyed every moment.

Now that I am finished my studies, I am able to use all the skills I gained, at home and at work. I now live permanently in Australia and am working with a Melbourne property company. I love Australia and look forward to the years ahead."
